OH HOW WE LOVE CUT-OUTS!

If you don't have a cutout something in your closet, then your closet is far from being complete, sure, you may say that cutouts are tacky or that it makes you look like a bad girl
 ( yes and no) but what it really does is, it just adds some edge to your look, if your style is the innocent look, by adding some cut-off to your style, be it your shoulders, or your waist, that will not tarnish your innocent look at all, all it will do is add some character to your innocent look rather than the plain old " I'm innocent and good", you can switch it to " hey, i am innocent, but innocent girls have fun too". 

you may feel like you don't want to buy cut-off clothes because it seems like a waste, and you may also not want to cut off anything in your closet to make it into a cut-off. so here is what you can do. you can make fake cutoffs. and even cooler looking cut-offs.. all you need is a fabric of your choice and a total of 4 push buttons. your fake cut-off sleeves( I'm showing the sleeves because its way more easier to show and to do) 

it should end up looking like this

so, here is how you do it. i have shortened it for you so y0u just have to follow how i did it and there you go! brand new fake cut-off sleeves for you! and you can wear the top your are doing the fake cut-offs for without it whenever you want! isnt that cool! hell edgy look! (BE CREATIVE AND ADD SOMETHING ON IT SO IT WILL LOOK COOLER LIKE BEADS OR STUDS!)

I've always wanted to do this i bet most of you want it too. do it to you r hair!

There is so much things you can do to your hair nowadays that you really have no clue which one you want, i always go for ones that are not permanent so i can spice things up for my hair frequently, sometimes numerous times a week. what really has my attention is chalking your hair, it used to be liquid paint but it has gotten more advance and easier now, thanks to my friend for introducing this to me, you always see this in tumblr or any cool hair pictures, when you Google hair colors, its there.

so just the the day, my friend posted this link on my Facebook wall asking if i wanted to try this new thing called hair chalk.and when i saw the review pictures i was like, here it is!!!!!

so, you know how people are selling this stuff online for a certain for a certain color, or a certain price for a whole bunch of colours. well. why do you want to go through all the fuss of buying it online without knowing the actual colour density and such when all you need to do is go to your nearest art shop or stationary shop and look for color pastels, pick your own colors and how many you want and voila!!! you can do it right away, like i did in the picture above. 

this is how you put it on, for dark hair like mine, i wet my hair before applying it, Malaysians mostly have dark hair so wet your hair first!!! ( wear gloves because it gets messy!) after you've completed that, settle it in with a curling iron or a straightener. if you need to, add some hairspay to help it settle in well and stay put.

REMINDER!!!! WEAR A TOP THAT IT OR IS ALMOST THE SAME COLOR AS YOUR HAIR COLOR(CHALK COLOR) BECAUSE IT CAN GET MESSY ( ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE TOUCHING YOUR HAIR ALOT)

DIY TIIME!!!! Ombre Denim!!!!

I've been keeping tabs on DIY stuff for as far as i can remember, so I thought of blogging about it, DIY is not hard, its easy if you know what you need, and of-course if you have the patience, to prove this fact, I will show you how to make your own dyed Ombre jeans, all u need is a pair of jeans you feel like trowing away, and just dye it, first you need fabric dye. 


You can find fabric dye online or at any stationary shops or textile shop around you, what I think is good is DYLON fabric dye.

Now, cut your jeans to the length that you like, the shorter the better. haha so it should look something like this

So, the next thing you do is, rinse your jeans thoroughly with water, plain water people, you don't have to waste your energy on warm water, save it up for what comes next

STEP2-GET YOUR DYE READY

What you want to do first is the lighter shade of the dye on your jeans, then we continue to the darker shade, so now, you can use your energy and make 2 gallons of hot water and mix it with 1/3 of the dye you have, if you have a darker shade denim, you need to use less water so the dye goes well and cover the dark shade, if your shade is light you can stick with 2 gallons, leave it for 10 minutes. so it should be like this

WARNING! WEAR GLOVES!!!!

Please excuse the bad quality pictures, its just some minor glitches in my connectivity, anyway on to 

                                                     STEP3- the darker shade of your dye!!!

       So now, ring out the dye from your jeans, make sure your gloves are not touching the un-dyed parts unless its clean, now after you've done that, add another 1/3 of your die into the dye you have just mixed with hot water earlier, and let it settle for 5 minutes making the dye darker ( let me remind you that you can pick whichever color you want and just follow the directions I gave you or you can just follow what you feel is right, just have the concept in your head)  repeat the step by adding another 1/3 of your dye (after the 5 minutes). the last step is to slightly dip the portion of your jeans that you want darker for five minutes and your done!!!

you know you see lots of Hollywood stars loosing their grip when i comes to fashion ( so they seem to be) but actually, its not that at all, they have stylists by a dozen at their side ready to catch a bone they throw, the quirk is they do it for publicity, they get famous by what they wear wrong more than by what they wear right. know your personal style, and you can do wonders with it, my style is the rock chick. laid back rough look, but still feminine in some ways. so find your style, and flaunt it!

My second review on an online shop!!! MISSEY PIXIE!!

Yes, you might be thinking, this is not a cheap site to shop for apparels, but lets see what they have first shall we?

BAM!!

Now, doesn't this remind you of Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl? just look at the details it has on the skirt part! and the classic dark indigo blue color to match the lower part, this dress, even though it costs RM170, it it a total steal!!! you can make it work for office attire, a dinner date, casual day out with the girls in the city. you will most definitely catch those guys attention, well isn't that what we want in the first place? sure sure, we want to feel good ourselves too but come on!! if you have a boyfriend, don't you think he would swoon at the sight of you in this dress? I know mine would!

GORGEOUS!!!

I am feeling a liitle blue today i guess, because I've been attracted to blue stuff all day, even blues music! but that does not cloud my judgement on clothes! this one piece here can be an awesome mix and match piece, wear it wit heels, without heels, with a jacket or just some plain accessories, add a clutch to vamp things up, or just go plain, no matter how you mix it, its just gonna turn out utter gorge!!! also at the price of RM170, oh come on guys! its not like you dont go to shopping malls and spend hundreds on a dress that probably going to go out of season soon anyway right?

I know, I know, is a fully different image altogether, third dress and the NINA dress, but come on, wouldn't she be gorgeous in it anyway, its both gives out the goth chic vibe. and there both sexy!!!! in a less sexy way.
